Are you a patient, proactive carer who enjoys encouraging activities, supporting independence and helping someone get out into their local community?
We are looking for a male live-in carer to support a young, active gentleman in Falmouth. This placement combines practical care with encouragement to take part in local activities and enjoy outings.
💙 About the Client
Our client is a young, active man who is non-verbal. He needs support with personal care, medication administration and meals, alongside a carer who takes the time to understand and respond to his individual ways of communicating.
A patient approach and a willingness to get involved in local activities will be important in helping him enjoy everyday life.
🌟 The Role
You will provide:
- Personal care with dignity and respect.
- Medication administration.
- Meal preparation.
- Support with outings, using your own car.
- Encouragement to participate in local activities.
- Companionship and patient, attentive support.
We are looking for someone who is proactive in suggesting activities while remaining attentive to the client’s preferences and wishes.
🚗 Driver with Own Car Essential
You must be a driver with your own car and happy to use it for the client’s outings. Supporting access to local activities is an important part of this placement.

This role would suit a kind, patient and proactive male carer who is confident providing personal care and administering medication.
You should be attentive to non-verbal communication, enjoy supporting an active client and bring a respectful, encouraging approach to everyday care.
