What to expect with end of life Care

We can provide you with additional information around planning ahead and what to expect as you enter the end stages of life.

End of life care is for people in the last months or years of your life. Our care will help you to remain in familiar surroundings with your loved ones around you day and night. We will help you to live as well as possible until you die with dignity.

Live in Care works alongside other professionals to ensure you are comfortable, any pain is managed as are any other symptoms and you receive the best quality of integrated care. These can include hospice palliative teams, district nurses, GPs and specialist nurses such as Marie Curie and MacMillan.

Our live-in carers are trained and experienced to support you until your final days. We will be there to support your family and loved ones too.

Our highly experienced support team are on hand 24 hours a day to support our carers.

We believe there is such a thing as a good death, with dignity and compassion, in the comfort of your own home.
