Why Families In The West Midlands Choose Live In Care

Families in the West Midlands often choose live-in care when a loved one needs more consistency than short calls can provide across a busy urban setting. One matched carer can reduce confusion, improve communication and support a calmer routine at home.

For families arranging care across the West Midlands, the priority is often reassurance: knowing that support is personal, responsive and built around the person rather than a call rota.

Local groups and support In
The West Midlands

West Midlands support should reflect a multi-borough region, with links to adult social care, NHS services, carers’ support and city/community advice rather than a single local authority only.

Live In Care has been brilliant. My mother had a fall and could no longer manage on her own. From the first assessment appointment, all the members of staff have been both super friendly and professional, they are always responsive, and their work is focused clearly on ensuring that Mum is happy. The carers have been extremely conscientious, and Mum now has a longer-term carer whom she feels thoroughly spoilt by. I still can’t quite believe that Mum is being taken care of so well. It has been a huge relief, and I am so glad and grateful that I found Live In Care.

How thoughtful it was for you to send the templates of Van Gogh’s masterpieces for my wife to paint. It was so kind of you and whilst my wife can no longer create her own masterpieces, I know she’ll enjoy these, and they will provide some stimulation.

We tried other companies first but there were so many changes, and it all became too much for Mum, not knowing who would be there to help her. Since we chose Live in Care, she’s been so much happier.

The impact that Anna has made on the health and wellbeing for Mum and Dad has been staggering.  Dad, who never gives praise easily, has described her as marvellous.

03

Mum’s carers have become part of the family, they’ve gotten to know Mum and her needs so well and are exactly what the family were hoping for and more.
