Using our service is simple – You can contact live in care in two ways, either by calling us on our FREEPHONE number (during office hours) above or by using the contact form opposite, for a no obligation care needs assessment which is designed to assess the holistic requirements of the client.
Arrange a Care Needs Assessment
Upon contact with the office, we will ask you for some basic details and to arrange a visit by one of our professionally trained regional representative. The assessment is usually conducted within 48 hours of receiving the request and will be arranged at a time/place convenient to the client. During the visit, our representative will ask questions about the service you would like to match your care needs and to enable you to stay in the comfort of your own home.
Following this assessment meeting, a personalised care plan will be created to set out what duties our self-employed care workers will need to undertake. Your needs and dependency levels will be carefully considered before an appropriate Live In Care Worker is introduced to you with the following packages of care.
Regular contact will continue after starting the package of care to ensure that all is going well, together with review meetings to ensure that your needs and expectations are met, or in a case of changed circumstances, the care plan can be updated.
