• Ensuring staff enter clients’ homes and personal spaces only with consent.
• Honouring a client’s right to uninterrupted personal time, including visits or private activities.
• Supporting a client to make private telephone calls and have discussions without eavesdropping.
• Personal belongings are respected, and staff will act in accordance with the principle that they are guests.
• Care records are accessible only to authorised personnel.

• Ensuring clients needing assistance with personal care tasks like dressing and bathing receive assistance from staff of their choice.

We specialise in providing comprehensive, round-the-clock care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. Our care professionals typically stay with clients for a week or longer before being rotated with another trusted professional.
Our services cover a broad spectrum of tasks, which include:
• Assistance with daily living activities and household chores.
• Assistance to maintain a nutritional and balanced diet.

• Personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
• Specialised care for post-hospitalisation recovery, palliative needs, and respite care.

Live in Care Ltd – Our Care Professionals
We recognise that for most clients, the most important people in the organisation are the care professionals with whom they will have regular contact. We prioritise recruitment, training, supervising and conducting support visits with our staff to maintain a consistent quality of care provision. All care professionals registered with Live In Care Ltd are carefully selected and undergo a rigorous recruitment process, including reference checks and a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance. Our team of care professionals are skilled to support a range of clients, including:
• Older individuals (65+ years).
• People living with physical disabilities
• Individuals experiencing sensory impairments.
• People living with mental health conditions or dementia.
• Individuals diagnosed with life-limiting conditions and terminal illnesses.
Our team of care professionals are central to our services, ensuring a high level of care is provided to our clients. Our care professionals have a wide range of experience, skills, training and qualifications. Some may have formal nursing qualifications, and others may have NVQs/Diplomas in Health and Social Care (Levels 2 and 3). We conduct ongoing training, supervision, and quality checks to maintain high standards of care.
