We are seeking a kind, experienced, and reliable live-in carer to support Linda A, a lovely lady living on a beautiful rural farm in Oxfordshire.

This is a peaceful, companionship-led placement, ideal for a carer who enjoys rural life, meaningful conversation, and supporting independence.

👵 About the Client:

• Retired florist, previously creating arrangements for weddings and events
• Living with vascular dementia
• Mobile and independent with walking
• Sleeps in an upstairs bedroom
• May lack insight into some challenges, requiring gentle guidance
• Enjoys conversation, creativity, and reminiscing

🩺 Care & Support Responsibilities:

• Prompting and reminders for personal care and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and structure
• Providing companionship and social engagement
• Supporting household tasks
• Preparing traditional home-cooked meals
• Accompanying on outings (coffee trips, garden centres, local visits)
• Maintaining a safe, consistent daily routine

• Large rural farm property (100 acres)

• Proven experience in dementia care (essential)
• Driver with own car (essential)
