I am delighted that I found Live-in Care, as the service they are providing for my father is outstanding. This is through all the contact I have had with their manager, office team and the diligent care and attention provided by their first-class carers. Their online reporting system is second to none, enabling me to know on a real-time basis that everything is in order for my father. I thoroughly recommend this company for their entirely efficient, professional, and empathetic service, which has removed all my concerns over my father’s well-being.

Live In Care has been brilliant. My mother had a fall and could no longer manage on her own. From the first assessment appointment, all the members of staff have been both super friendly and professional, they are always responsive, and their work is focused clearly on ensuring that Mum is happy. The carers have been extremely conscientious, and Mum now has a longer-term carer whom she feels thoroughly spoilt by. I still can’t quite believe that Mum is being taken care of so well. It has been a huge relief, and I am so glad and grateful that I found Live In Care.

It’s not just the everyday care that makes such a difference to Mum’s life, it the little things that are always thought of. Mum has been out of her home more in the last 6 months than she has in the last 6 years. Seeing the photos of her smiling face full of laughter, tells us how much she’s enjoyed the company, activities, and outings. We definitely picked the right company.
