We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Live-In Carer to support a lovely lady living with Alzheimer’s Dementia in Taunton. This is a well-supported placement with domiciliary carers assisting in the morning and evening, allowing you to focus on building a positive relationship while helping to maintain independence, routine, and well-being.
👵 About the Client
- A lady living with Alzheimer’s Dementia
- Mobilises with a walking stick
- Stairlift installed within the property
- Toilets independently
- Wears continence products
- Enjoys being involved in daily life and household activities
- Benefits from companionship, encouragement, and routine
🩺 The Role
You will support with:
- Medication administration
- Preparing traditional home-cooked meals
- Companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging daily routines and independence
- Maintaining a clean and tidy home environment
- Supporting the client to remain involved in household activities
- Sharing meals and spending quality time together

- Domiciliary carers assist in the morning and evening
- Cover is available during breaks
- High-calorie diet required, including prescribed nutritional drinks
- Supportive care network already established
