We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-In Carer to support a lovely client living in rural Cornwall. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide meaningful one-to-one care while enjoying one of the UK’s most beautiful coastal settings.

• Enjoys companionship and meaningful conversation
• Vegetarian
• Benefits from calm reassurance and gentle support
• No behaviours that challenge
• Experiences occasional word-finding difficulties
• Loves spending time at home in peaceful surroundings

🩺 The Role

You’ll provide:

• Dementia care
• Personal care
• Continence care
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation (vegetarian)
• Light household duties
• Companionship and emotional support
• Pet care for a friendly cat

🌼 Activities the Client Enjoys

• Fabrics and sensory items
• Cuddly toys and twiddle muffs
• Puzzles and colouring
• Potting plants and gardening
• Gentle conversation and companionship

• Experienced supporting people living with dementia
• Kind, patient and compassionate
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to gently rephrase conversations and offer reassurance
• Creative and engaging
• Comfortable supporting meaningful activities
• Driver with own vehicle (essential)
