Carer Engagement Co Ordinator
I joined the Live in Care team after coming from working in a hospital environment dealing with patient discharges.
Many times, I heard people crying and asking why they could not go to their own home. This made me think, so why can’t they go home.
I became passionate about people being able to be in their own familiar, safe surroundings rather that going into a residential home, not knowing anyone, unfamiliar surroundings or even staying in hospital for the rest of their days.
To be able to be looked after 24/7 by the same familiar, compassionate carer, and to have family, pets, and neighbours around them, must be the answer.
I feel honoured to be part of a caring, compassionate, hard-working team of colleagues and enjoy sourcing the very best possible, experienced, and skilled carers to support our clients. My role encompasses all regulatory compliance checks to ensure not only safe practice but the highest quality of support
Lucy Gibbons
Carer Engagement Coordinator / Accounts Assistant
With over 13 years of experience in the care sector, I began my career in November 2003 as a Payroll and HR Coordinator for a childcare company. Drawing on my diploma in Business and Administration, I was actively involved in recruitment, compliance, and training. In 2007, I transitioned within the same organisation to a Support Worker role, providing direct care to young people. This move marked the start of a fulfilling hands-on career, during which I earned Level 3 and Level 5 diplomas in working with children and young people and a diploma in Child Psychology. I take great pride in supporting those in need and am passionate about delivering high-quality care. I am proud to be part of the dedicated team at Live in Care and contribute to their excellent support.

Nikola Kaniecka
Care Coordinator
My passion for working in care started in 2021, when I realised how much I enjoyed going the extra mile to not only meet people’s needs but to make them smile. I have reinforced the experience I have gained with qualifications and achieved Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
My role as Care Co-ordinator includes many different responsibilities, but primarily I am here to support our clients and carers and to monitor and co-ordinate the care. I enjoy working closely with our clients, our amazing team of carers, family members and healthcare professionals to assess individual needs and develop person-centred care plans for our carers to follow.
I want to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care and I am dedicated to making a positive impact within Live in Care.
Outside of work I enjoy visiting new places with my daughter, reading and enjoying time with my family.
Charlotte Smith
Care Coordinator
I started my career in care in 2008 , I found I had a real passion for caring for people and started working in a dementia care home completing my nvq2 and nvq3 in health and social care over the years. While working there I progressed and worked my way up doing various job roles until 2025 when the home was under transfer I decided I would like a new challenge , I applied for care coordinator job at live in care as i felt very strongly about their values and clients being able to stay in their own homes with support. Since working at live in care , I am enjoying supporting the clients , families, and carers in providing the best quality care so they can remain happily in their own homes with all their home comforts. The live in care team are very supportive and very passionate bout there roles here. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family , weekends away in my touring caravan and socialising with friends.
Leanna Crockford
Placement Planner
I’m Leanna. My role at Live in Care is Placement Planner, ensuring I match the best carer to individual clients’ preferences. My passion is to make people feel I always try my best to care and support people who may be going through stressful experiences. I understand there isn’t a single approach that is right for everyone. As a placement planner it’s my role to listen and provide an individual outcome that makes life that little bit easier, allowing you time to enjoy the moments that matter. Before joining this wonderful team, I worked as a senior coordinator for a well-known charity who specialise in palliative care, so I understand the impact the right support can mean to families. I am extremely lucky to work alongside with such a caring, passionate, and knowledgeable team. My time outside of work is filled with family and friends. I have two boys, whom I am extremely proud of, and I love watching them grow into independent young men. We spend time walking, chilling at the beach, and gardening.
Federica Carullo
Apprentice Administrator
I’m Federica. I started my apprenticeship with Live in Care in 2025, where I’m working towards my Level 3 Business Administration qualification. After finishing my Level 3 Business Diploma in college, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in administration, and this apprenticeship felt like the perfect fit. I chose to work in Live in care because I wanted to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives. In my role, I will support the team with various administrative tasks, helping ensure everything runs efficiently so the focus can stay on providing excellent care. I really enjoy helping others and being organised, and I’m excited to grow in my role while learning more about the care sector.
