Personal assistance provided to younger people is tailored to their needs and more often includes support with socialising, studying, and playing a sport. Again, we support high levels of dependency and, where required, work in close collaboration with health and social care partners.

The service is professional, efficient, friendly, and respectful. Nothing appears too much trouble. They made a prompt and accurate assessment of my mother’s needs and quickly identified a fantastic carer. When they had concerns about my mother’s health the service manager made a personal visit to check that everything was being done that needed to be done.

When we chose Live in Care for Dad it was because the Care Manager made all the difference professionally from other companies we’d considered, she gave amazing guidance and advice not only around care but quality of life, social interaction and possible funding.

We tried other companies first but there were so many changes, and it all became too much for Mum, not knowing who would be there to help her. Since we chose Live in Care, she’s been so much happier.

Thank you, Live in Care, for enabling Mum to spend her last day at home, where she wanted to be. This has been a great comfort to us all and we couldn’t have asked for better care in the last few weeks.
