Living Carers Ltd (Live In Care) has Policies and Procedures for service users and Carers which gives comprehensive information about how we provide our care service, what can be expected by our service users from us, our Live-in Carers and the responsibility that a service user has in return.

The Care Quality Commission regulates and inspects the live in care we provide to our service users; these standards are inclusive in our Policies and Procedures. – These are extremely important as they tell us all how we need to work to ensure we comply with the law, protect our clients and ourselves from harm and provide an excellent service.

As a member of our live in care team, you must be familiar and comply with our company policies and procedures, as failure will result in termination of your contract with us – so it’s essential to keep familiar with them.
