Are you a local, experienced carer or micro-provider looking for flexible, regular hours with one client?

We’re seeking a reliable and compassionate carer to provide break cover for a live-in carer supporting a lovely lady living with dementia in the heart of Taunton.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term relationship with one client, work flexible hours, and potentially take on future respite live-in placements if desired.

👵 About the Client:

• Elderly lady living with dementia

• Mobility is slow – uses a walking frame indoors and a wheelchair outdoors

• Requires assistance accessing the toilet

• Enjoys shopping trips, cafés, and local outings

🛠️ The Role:

• The Client has requested a female carer

• Provide 14 hours/week break cover over 2–3 days

• Support with mobility, toileting, and general supervision

• Accompany the client on errands and social outings

• Offer a calm, friendly, and reassuring presence

• Competitive rate of pay

• Optional opportunity for respite live-in care in future
