We are looking for a kind, warm, and conversational live-in carer to support a lovely, sociable lady living independently in Sidmouth. This is a genuinely rewarding placement where the emphasis is on companionship, light personal care, and supporting a fulfilling daily routine.

👵 About the Lady:

• Friendly and engaging with a love of birds and history

• Mobilises independently with a rollator

• Uses a commode independently at night

• Takes her own medication

• Starts her day at 7:00 AM, independently setting her alarm

• Loves shopping, dining out, and good conversation with her carer

🛠️ Support Required:

• Assistance with showering on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

• Encouragement to complete morning exercises

• Companionship and conversation throughout the day

• Support with daily routines, promoting her independence and lifestyle

✅ The Ideal Carer:

• Female carer with a chatty, compassionate, and upbeat nature

• Must have live in care experience.

• Someone who enjoys conversation and shared interests

• Comfortable, encouraging, gentle routines and mobility exercises

• Respectful, reliable, and great at building trust
