We are seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced live-in carer to support a gentleman in Exeter in a calm, supportive home environment. This is a long-term, ongoing placement offering stability, structure, and meaningful companionship.

The focus of this role is to deliver high-quality personal care, emotional reassurance, and maintain the client’s comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

👨‍🦳 About the Client:

Enjoys company and engaging conversation
Interests include quizzes, crosswords, talking books, and music
Values compassionate companionship and thoughtful interaction

🩺 Key Requirements:

Experience with Parkinson’s care
Confident in medication management
Skilled in manual handling
Experience using Molift hoist systems (already in place)
Comfortable working in a quiet, micro-environment
Driver not essential

🛠️ Role Responsibilities:

Delivering personal care and mobility support
Eating meals with the client and sharing conversation
Providing companionship, structure, and emotional support
Maintaining a calm, respectful, and dignified daily environment
