We are seeking a reliable and proactive live-in carer to support a couple living in a detached countryside home with large grounds in Chard, Somerset. This is a structured 2-week rotation offering variety, companionship, and involvement in household routines.

👵👴 About the Clients:

• Female client: Visually impaired, living with osteoarthritis, but mobile and independent

• Male client: Recovering from a stroke, currently mobile

• Both enjoy independent living and value companionship and routine

• Home life is relaxed and welcoming, with space to be involved and contribute

🛠️ Support Required:

• Medication administration

• Minimal personal care

• Support with daily routines and household tasks

• Active involvement in maintaining the home environment

• Occasional driving for errands or appointments

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Female live-in carer

• Minimum 2 years’ live-in care experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Own car (rural location access essential)

• Comfortable working in a quiet, countryside setting

• Confidently supporting both clients together in a shared household
